    Description

Unglazed Clay Pot, painted and incised. Unsigned. 1950s.
Approximately 5.5 inches tall by 6 inch body diameter by 4 inch rim diameter.
Though I had been lead to believe this was Navajo, a kind eBay'er has informed me that they would identify it as San Juan.
Provenance, this item was gifted to my family by a neighbor returning from a southwest vacation. They identified it as purchased as a Navajo pot. Other than design similarities, I have not independently verified this with an appraiser.
It has been displayed for years and shows some surface variation (shown) possible from moisture.
    No chips or cracks.
    Sold 'As Is'.
I attempt to be conservatively accurate in my descriptions, but cannot always anticipate interested parties concerns. Please ask all questions prior to placing a bid
