    Nautical Pants & Top Outfit Made For 20" Vintage Cissy - DollDreams By Natalie.
    I used red polished cotton chino for the pants with a vintage gold elastic waistband.  My pattern for the pants was made from an original pair of Cissy pants.  The top is also based on the dimensions of Cissys original knit tops.  This top features sailboats on a white background with red knit neckline trim.  Both pieces of clothing have square snaps for closure.  The top is tagged with my personal DollDreamx By Natalie label.  Made with love in my smoke free home.
