Returns:
1. All order / shipment should be inspected at the time of delivery / order arrival by user. Any damaged shipment should be refused. If your shipment is damaged, please contact authorized seller(s) or the store you purchase from, one of the customer service reps. will issue a claim and get it taken care of as soon as possible.
2. A refund will only be made if your request for an RMA is obtained within seven (7) days of receiving the item(s).

5.     All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. WolfStorm will replace, repair or refund the product based on our findings. In bound freight must be prepaid by the customer to one of our DCs for warranty inspection.
